FAQ

You can modify the information on your Alinta account by clicking on “My account”. Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on “My profile” to change or delete information.
If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

 In general the same city deliveries usually arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days from when the parcel is packaged and leaves the shipping station.

Shipping times may vary for areas classified as ‘rural’.

International Estimated Standard Shipping times:

– New Zealand (10-16 working days)
– Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
– Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Due to COVID restrictions and lockdowns, overseas transit times may be delayed.


Express shipping: We currently to not offer express shipping but this will be available in the future.

  • We offer exchanges or store credits for items that do not fit subject to the following conditions:  Items must be returned in original state 

  • Item must not be worn, washed, soiled/stained or altered in anyway  – Items must have all tags attached 

  • Item must be returned within 10 days of receiving it
 Please note we do not offer a full refund unless the item is faulty 


FAULTY ITEMS:
 If you purchase an item you believe to be a manufacturing fault, please send us an email with a photo. Our team will assess the fault and contact you as soon as possible.

Please note as more items are added to the collection the sizing guide will be updated. This will also be in response to customer feedback. All current items are labeled with AUS sizing. Please use this sizing guide as an estimate as sizes, fabrics and cuts vary for each item.

XS: 6-8 (AU & UK) 0-2 (US & CAN)

S: 8-10 (AU & UK) 2-4 (US & CAN)

M : 10-12 (AU & UK) 6-8 (US & CAN)

L: 12-14 (AU & UK) 10-12 (US & CAN)

XL: 16- 18 (AU & UK) 14-16 (US& CAN)

The Limited release of our contemporary pieces aims to  take a stand on mass production within the fashion industry and do our part to protect the land and seas. 
 
The mailer bag we ship our items in are 100% compostable, including the shipping and logo sticker on the mailer. They will break down in the home or commercial compost in 3-6 months instead of hundreds of years. Just make sure to dispose of them correctly, unless you wish to re-use them.
 
Our items are pre-packaged by the manufacturer sealed with our logo and ready to mail. This avoids double handling of packaging, which creates more waste and is not eco-friendly.

VIP list subscribers will have early access to pre-sales & Pre-Orders, receive update's of product release and promotions.
